Ukrainian Special Systems (USS) is a state-owned commercial enterprise providing confidential communication, trust services and services in the field of information protection. The subject of the enterprise is the deployment and maintenance of the functioning and operation of the National Confidential Communication System.

The activity of the enterprise is aimed at the development and ensuring the functioning of the National System of Confidential Communication (NSCZ), a special cellular network and a secure Internet access node to provide state authorities, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations of state ownership of modern secure telecommunication services, organization of protected access to own information resources, as well as other services.
