Operational Center for Information Systems Security (COSSI)

Le Centre Opérationnel de la Sécurité des Systèmes d’Information (COSSI) is responsible for the detection and mitigation of cyber attacks directed at French Government information systems.

In this capacity, COSSI is responsible for:
• Threat analysis
• identification of vulnerabilities of current systems and tools
• research and qualification of ongoing attacks
• definition of response measures to attacks
• assistance in the implementation of urgent corrective measures

COSSI is hosted by Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d'information (ANSSI)
