National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) - Vietnam

The National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) of Vietnam has a central monitoring function and is a technical focal point for monitoring and supporting information security for people, businesses and systems.

Functions of the NCSC:

Establish a network to monitor network information security nationwide.
Perform activities and tasks to ensure network safety and security.
Early warning of trends about activities and developments in Vietnam's cyberspace.
The focal point for receiving and sharing information with international organizations and between agencies and organizations in Vietnam.
Manage and operate data systems, databases on information security, technical systems to ensure national cyberinformation security in service of state management and law enforcement on security. information in Vietnam.
