Identity Management Institute (IMI) provides professional training and certification in cyber security with a focus on identity and access management, identity theft, and data protection.

IMI is an international organization established to connect identity management professionals and organizations, provide identity risk management guidelines, promote the field, certify qualified professionals and educate the public at large.

IMI offers registered identity and access management training and certifications to global professionals in the information security field. IMI manages its certification programs through education, testing, and evaluation of knowledge, skills and abilities of its members for the purpose of certification and re-certification.
