Cybersecurity Defense Initiative (CDI) - University of Arkansas
The Cybersecurity Defense Initiative (CDI) is a national cybersecurity training program, developed for technical personnel and managers who monitor and protect our nation's critical cyber infrastructures. CDI offers four training courses that prepare technical personnel to prevent or greatly reduce the risk for a cyber breach of computer networks or other critical information systems, and effectively respond to or recover from a cyber-based terror attack. The three courses are Comprehensive Cyberterrorism Defense (CCD), Cyberterrorism First Responder (CFR), Cybersecurity Proactive Defense (CPD), and Malware Prevention, Discovery, and Recovery (MPDR). CDI is unique in the arena of cybersecurity training, because the classes are brought directly to areas of critical need throughout the country, at very little cost to the participants.
