Cyber Security Raad (CSR) - Netherlands
The Cyber Security Council (CSR) is a national, independent advisory body of the Dutch government and the business community (through the government) composed of high-ranking representatives from public and private sector organisations and the scientific community. The CSR undertakes efforts at strategic level to bolster cyber security in the Netherlands. The council has three tasks that contribute to achieving its mission: 1. Providing solicited and unsolicited strategic advice on cyber security to the Dutch government and the business community (through the government). 2. Monitoring trends and new technological developments and, where necessary, translating these into potential measures to reduce the cyber security risks and to increase the economic opportunities. 3. Initiating and/or accelerating relevant initiatives in the Netherlands and in the European Union that demonstrably contribute to raising the level of cyber security in the Netherlands.
