BCS provides IT professionals with up to date and relevant certifications enabling them to manage IT security effectively within their budget.

We offer IT professionals a range of internationally recognised certificates in Information Security including Foundation Level, Practioner Level and CCP certification.

The CCP Scheme is the UK Government’s approved standard of competence for cyber security/IA professionals, and provides an independent assessment and verification process for those working in cyber security and Information Assurance (IA).

Licensed by NCSC (a part of GCHQ), the BCS assessment process enables cyber security/IA professionals to demonstrate they have the skills and experience required to carry out their role effectively and to a consistently high standard.

The scheme also provides those working in cyber security/IA with a clearly defined career development path. CCP certification is a requirement for the NCSC approved Certified Cyber Security Consultancy scheme.
